FLAVORS

All of our cakes, buttercreams, and fillings are made from scratch with simple ingredients. Our buttercream is a meringue buttercream, which is silky, made with real butter, and slightly less sweet than a traditional buttercream.

CARROT - Our carrot cake is what made us famous. It is a uniquely spiced cake, with notes of cardamom and black pepper, studded with pecans and rum-soaked raisins. Filled with cream cheese buttercream, which is light and silky. (Also pairs well with a layer of toffee filling.)

LEMON - Bright and slightly sweet lemon cake with signature buttercream and lemon curd (also pairs well with a layer of raspberry curd)

COCONUT - Vanilla cake with a hint of coconut, signature buttercream, and sweet coconut flakes
